Reports Hub
One hub for completion, simulation, risk, engagement, policy, and activity reporting, with platform monitoring alongside, in a single tabbed page.
Overview
The Reports hub brings your organization's reporting together in one place. Instead of hunting down the training report under Trainings, the phishing report under Simulations, and the audit log under Settings, you open one page with six tabs: Completion, Simulations, Risk, Engagement, Policies, and Activity.
To open it, click Reports in the left-hand sidebar (the last item in the main navigation, below AI Coach).
Which tabs you see depends on your permissions: Completion and Engagement need the Reporting Dashboard permission, Simulations needs Phishing View, Risk needs Risk Scores plus User View (and the risk-scoring plan feature), Policies needs Policy View, and Activity appears with either Compliance View or Org Settings. Admins see everything.
Completion
The Completion tab is the organization-wide training report:
Summary cards for Total Users, Total Trainings, Assignments, Completed, In Progress, Queued, and Completion Rate.
Search boxes for users and trainings, a status filter (All Status, Completed, In Progress, Not Started, Queued), and directory-derived filters for Departments, Divisions, and Organizations.
An Export CSV button that opens a column picker, so you can choose and reorder exactly the columns your auditor wants before exporting.
Simulations
The Simulations tab holds your simulation reporting, with a channel toggle for Email, SMS, and WhatsApp (the SMS and WhatsApp options appear when those channels are enabled for your plan and you hold the matching view permission).
The Email view is the full phishing report: key stats, the engagement funnel, trend chart, department leaderboard, campaign metrics, a monthly report card, and a View by manager drill-down showing each manager's team results. It also includes two accountability tables:
Repeat Offenders are users who keep failing simulations.
Never Engaged — Review lists users who received 3+ simulations but never clicked or reported anything. A user with zero recorded opens shows an amber None pill, hinting the problem may be deliverability rather than apathy; verify their email delivery before assuming they're ignoring the tests.
The SMS and WhatsApp views summarize campaigns with Total Campaigns, Messages Sent, Delivery Rate, and Click Rate.
Risk
The Risk tab embeds the Team Risk dashboard: organization, team, and group risk roll-ups (see Team Risk). Users who hold the risk-configuration permission also get a Risk settings gear here for tuning your organization's risk appetite.
Engagement
The Engagement tab is a quick health check:
Training engagement — last 30 days shows stat tiles for Completions, Completion rate, and Assignments, each with a delta against the previous 30-day period.
Your organization's Human Risk Score widget.
The full Activity feed.
Policies
The Policies tab is the cross-policy acknowledgement report: summary cards, search, status filters, an Export CSV button, and the auditor-ready Audit Export (the same evidence shape Herd pushes to Drata). See Policies.
Activity
The Activity tab is your organization's activity record plus the platform-health surface that used to live under Settings → Monitoring. A section toggle at the top switches between:
Activity log: your audit events, with risk-level tiles, search, a timeframe selector, and an Export button.
Training, Email, Slack, Teams, Jobs, and Queues: delivery health, failed sends with retry, stuck-user recovery, and scheduled-job status.
The Activity log needs Compliance View; the monitoring sections need Org Settings. Slack and Teams appear only when that platform is connected, and Queues is a Herd platform-admin view. Every section is described in Activity & Monitoring.
With the hub in place, a typical cadence is: Engagement weekly for a pulse, Completion and Simulations monthly for program health, Policies whenever an auditor comes knocking, and Activity whenever something isn't arriving where it should.
