# Queue Trainings
Queue trainings to schedule delivery of trainings in advance, ensuring users receive content at the right time without overload.
## Queue Training Overview
The **Queue Training** feature allows you to schedule trainings from the library and control exactly when they’re delivered to your users. Instead of sending multiple trainings all at once, you can queue them to be released one after another. This will help you space out learning and prevent training fatigue. Simply choose your training, select your audience and Herd will automatically deliver the content as scheduled.
### Queueing a Training
**Step 1:** From the **Training Library**, select the training you want to schedule.
**Step 2:** Inside the training, open the **Assignment** tab. In the **Assign** view, add the individuals or groups who should receive the training.
**Step 3**: To send the training right away, leave **Timing** set to **Send now** and click **Send to N people**.
**Step 4:** If you’d like to queue the training instead, set **Timing** to **After current trainings** in the Delivery rail. Herd waits until each person finishes the trainings they already have, so users receive trainings one after another instead of all at once.

Friendly tip: If you are assigning multiple trainings at once, Queue is a great option to organize each training so users don't get overwhelmed with multiple trainings at once.

**Step 5:** Click **Queue for N people**. If a person has no other training in progress, they receive this one immediately.
### Why Queue Trainings?
Queue Trainings is especially useful when you want to:
* **Stagger trainings** if assigning multiple trainings at once
* **Schedule compliance trainings** in advance to align with deadlines.
* **Plan ahead** for policy updates or awareness campaigns.
