# Queue Trainings
## Queue Training Overview
The **Queue Training** feature allows you to schedule trainings from the library and control exactly when they’re delivered to your users. Instead of sending multiple trainings all at once, you can queue them to be released one after another. This will help you space out learning and prevent training fatigue. Simply choose your training, select your audience and Herd will automatically deliver the content as scheduled.
### Queueing a Training
**Step 1:** From the **Training Library**, select the training you want to schedule.
**Step 2:** Inside the training, click **Assign Users** to open the assignment panel. From here, you can select the individuals or groups who should receive the training.
**Step 3**: Click on the intended user or groups of users. To immediately send the training to selected users, click **Send Training to Users**
**Step 4:** If you’d like to queue trainings, toggle on **Queue Training**. This will schedule them in the order you set, so users receive each training one after another instead of all at once.

Friendly tip: If you are assigning multiple trainings at once, Queue is a great option to organize each training so users don't get overwhelmed with multiple trainings at once.

**Step 5:** Click **Queue Training for User** to queue your trainings. If no other training is in progress, a user will receive this queue training immediately.
### Why Queue Trainings?
Queue Trainings is especially useful when you want to:
* **Stagger trainings** if assigning multiple trainings at once
* **Schedule compliance trainings** in advance to align with deadlines.
* **Plan ahead** for policy updates or awareness campaigns.
